Former Baltimore Orioles pitcher Erik Bedard passed his physical and is now a member of the Seattle Mariners. Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports sees signs of rebuilding and says a Brian Roberts trade to the Cubs could come next. He says possible players going to Baltimore could be Sean Gallagher, Felix Pie, Jason Marquis, and Matt Murton.
My take: Bedard is finally gone. Now, Gallagher would be the centerpiece, with a few midlevel prospects whch I like. Rosenthal said a little back the Orioles may require Felix Pie. I hope we don't have to give up Pie, but if we do; still pull the trigger Hendry.
