MLB.com has reported the Cubs have acquired pitcher and converted catcher Tim Lahey fron the Tampa Bay Rays for cash considerations in the Rule 5 Draft. He is a hard thrower and pretty much a steal. He spent most of last year in the Minnesota Twins' farm system.
